How should I care for my jewelry?
To preserve the longevity of your pieces I recommend keeping them in a zipped plastic bag and a jewelry box when not in use.
What is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee for all U.S. orders is $4 via USPS with delivery confirmation.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. The shipping fee will vary depending on the country. If ordering outside the U.S. please send me an email before you place your order so I can calculate your shipping fee. I will add the shipping fee to your total and send you a bill via Paypal.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship one week after you purchase it. Most times it is sooner than that. I do keep a stock of all items but since I want my clients to have the choice in picking out colors etc. sometimes I need to make these pieces right after the order is placed. Thank you for understanding that it may take a bit more time than the average big web shop since I am a one person business. You will receive an email after your order is placed with the approximate shipment date and an email after it has shipped.
Do you accept returns?
Whatever the problem is I definitely want to make it right again for you, but if all else fails I do accept all returns of unworn jewelry or other merchandise within 15 days of receipt. Send me an email explaining why you are returning the piece and I will provide an address for you to mail your item back to me. Please ship the item back the way you received it. I will then credit your card (minus shipping costs) back to your account. I do not accept returns of sale or discounted items.
Do you do custom orders?
I sure do. Send me an email and we can go from there.
Do you offer consignment or wholesale?
Yes. If you are a shop owner please send me an email with where you are located, and what you sell in your shop. I will send you back more information about my terms.
